Curio is an app designed to improve the visitor experience to your Museum, Gallery, Historical site, Zoo, Botanical garden, and many more visitor sites.

Curio enhances your displays and exhibits to make your customer’s visits more informative, accessible and enjoyable.

Make your exhibit information easily accessible on an iPhone or iPad, by adding a highly visible Text or QR code to your exhibit display.

Your visitors tap in or scan the code of the exhibit that interests them, into the Curio app. The display information is immediately retrieved from your dedicated online database and presented on your visitors device.

Display information can include a gallery of captioned images and even your Youtube videos.

For maximum accessibility, the Curio app allows your visitors to alter the text size, toggle the contrast for improved readability, and can even read the display information aloud. Such accessibility features conform to WCAG guidelines.

New to the Curio App is the Explorer Game. Help keep your younger audience intrigued with this treasure hunt style game. Create clues to your objects, which pop up a congratulations message when scanned, and the next clue, eventually leading to the final item and reward.

Reduce clutter with the Display Case feature. Group multiple ojects under a single QR code.

The History function allows previously scanned objects to be re-visited, even away from the venue.

Translation services are included for 4 european languages.

Include website links and your own captioned images to enhance your exhibit entries even further.

The Curio App is designed for maximum ease of use, with a clear and unfussy interface and with all the accessibility and Explorer Game functions available through a single button tap.

Your Exhibit Display Information is easily imported or entered manually into a cloud database, assigned to your organisation, via an intuitive and easy to use web browser interface.

Now you can overcome the traditional problems associated with exhibit display information :

Labels are often placed low down to accommodate children and disabled visitors (and rightly so)
Exhibits and their information may be set far back in the display
Font size and labels may be very small, where space is limited and item descriptions are extensive
Displays with light sensitive exhibits have low lighting and hence poorly lit information
Crowds around popular exhibits can make accessing the descriptions difficult

Help your visitors enjoy your displays even more, by presenting your exhibit information on the Curio app, easily viewed at their leisure.
